Home 2.0 keeps you protected both in and around your home, so whether you experience an accident in the shower or while going about your daily routine, you will always be able to contact our monitoring center using your Interchangeable Help Button.

You can only speak to an operator through the base station's 2-way speaker system. The Interchangeable Help Button simply allows you to contact our monitoring center up to 1,400 feet in every direction of the base station. If you are unable to speak with our operators, they send emergency services to your home right away.

You never have to worry about any additional fees for when the Home 2.0 contacts our monitoring center using AT&T's cellular network. Plus, you don't even need to use AT&T in order to be protected in your home.

Multiple Interchangeable Help Buttons can be synced with your Home 2.0 base station so you and your spouse, or another family member, can be protected in and around your home.

For an extra layer of protection in your home, you can add a water-resistant Fall Detection Pendant to your In-Home Wireless system. This pendant will automatically send a wireless signal to your base station should it detect a fall, and our monitoring center will be contacted via the AT&T cellular network. For just $10 extra a month, your Home 2.0 can become a fall detection system, ensuring that you will always be able to receive help in an emergency.

*Fall Detection does not detect 100% of falls. If Customer is able, Customer should press the help button in the event of an emergency. The 911 emergency services line is an alternative to the System and the Services. Fall Detection should only be worn around the neck to allow for adequate detection of falls.

Whether this is a permanent or temporary move, such as a vacation or a visit to family and friends, you can bring the Home 2.0 with you. All you have to do is notify our Customer Care Team so that we can update your account with your new location.

Even though the base station is not water-resistant, the Interchangeable Help Buttons are highly water-resistant so you can trigger an emergency call should you experience an accident while in the shower.

Thanks to the Home 2.0's 32 hour backup battery, you will always be able to contact our monitoring center, even during a power outage.
