Yes, the Mobile 2.0 has advanced hourly location monitoring backed by GPS, Wi-Fi and 4G LTE.

Your paired accessories have a range of up to 500 ft. from your Mobile 2.0 device. That is larger than the length of an entire football field!

You can press Smarti Voice Assist to hear your battery level. If your device is running very low, the light on the device will blink red every 3 seconds.

Your Mobile 2.0 buttons are waterproof and can be worn in the shower. Your base device is water-resistant, but if it becomes fully submerged for more than 30 minutes, pat it down and leave it out to dry.

Press and hold the help button on your device or wristband or necklace for 5 seconds until the device says “Alarm Cancelled.” Wait until you hear the prompt to release.

Our 24/7 Monitoring Center operators will ask if everything is okay before making any dispatches. Only once he or she understands the situation will you be connected with the police, fire department, EMTs, mental health services, or your Care Circle.

Yes. Although the necklace will activate a signal, you'll need the Mobile 2.0 device in order to connect with the monitoring center and speak with the operator.
